- Search your niche on YouTube’s search bar and note the top-ranking channels.
- Look at their subscriber count, video topics, and upload frequency.

🕵️ Step 2: Play “Spy Agent” and Take Notes on What Makes Them Great
- Use the YouTube Channel Checklist to analyze competitors:
